How it works

1. After purchasing your package, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a custom booking page will be created for your business within 24 hours.

2. You’ll then use your Custom Business Request Page to request an appointment on behalf of your company.

3. During your meeting, all signers will need to show the notary valid Photo ID and physically sign the documents on camera.
(Please have your ID ready and your document printed before the meeting.)

4. Lastly, Scan & Email the signed document to your notary.

Your notary will send your notarized document(s) back via email.

Completed notarizations will be deducted from your company balance after each appointment.

The date and time of the purchase will be applied to your first notary appointment.
