Our International Notarization service will cover you anywhere in the world if you are outside of The United States?
Do you need a Document Apostille instead?
After booking your appointment you will receive the notary Zoom Link & WeChat link to verify your ID and sign your document physically or digitally.
After signing your document your will need to scan & email OR post mail your physical document to the notary for completion.
We will scan and send complete notarization to this final destination as required.
Not all notaries can notarize a document for a signer who is physically located outside of the state in which they are commissioned. However, we have notaries that can legally notarize your document even when you’re physically located outside of the US. Just schedule your International Notary appointment and we’ll have your documents notarized. All signers must have valid government Photo ID for verification. ID must be presented during Live Video Meeting (WeChat or Zoom).
(Does not require US Citizenship or a Social Security number.)
– Follow the steps below depending on your desired signing method.
** An international notarization is not an apostille **
If you need your document internationally authenticated, use our Apostille Service option.
