Expedited processing is commonly used when an international
deadline does not allow enough time for standard apostille processing.
Powers of attorney, affidavits, declarations, authorizations,
and certain school or business documents may require notarization
before they can enter expedited apostille processing.
Birth, marriage, death, court, corporate, and other certified
records are reviewed to determine whether they are ready for
expedited processing or require another certification step first.
Designed for urgent but manageable deadlines when standard
apostille processing is not fast enough.
For qualifying documents with an even tighter deadline,
use the Next-Day Apostille service.
Expedited processing works best when the document is already
prepared for the correct apostille route. LINS reviews the document
to help identify preparation issues before submission.

If the destination country does not use Hague apostilles,
the document may require authentication and embassy or
consulate legalization instead.

Expedited processing eligibility, turnaround time, document requirements,
government processing availability, and final acceptance should be confirmed
with the intended recipient or receiving authority when necessary.
