📅 Booking Process
After booking your appointment, you’ll receive initial confirmation via email and text. Here’s what happens next:
1. Respond with Details
Respond with the meeting address, name of signers, & the document if it needs to be printed.
2. Receive Confirmation
Once we confirm with a notary, you will receive a second email confirming the date, time, and your notary’s contact information.
3. Notary Contact
The notary will contact the signer when onsite to complete the signing.
4. Document Handling
If required, documents will be scanned and a copy will be emailed & the original mailed to the final recipient.
