How It Works

– Follow the steps below depending on your desired signing method.

  1. After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the name and email of your notary.
  2. Reply to the confirmation with your unsigned document attached.
  3. .Complete automated ID verification from your meeting page. (View Instructions)
  4. If you have any additional signers or witnesses, include their names and emails by using the Add Signer button.
  5. During your meeting, you will need to verify your Photo ID and Electronically or Physically Sign your documents.
  6. If you signed physically, you will need to email your signed document to info@linotaryservices.com.
  7. Once all signers have signed, the notary will place his/her electronic seal on the document(s)
  8. You will receive the final notarized copy via email once it is complete.
