The Process

A Clear Process for Notarization, Apostille, Fingerprinting, and International Documents

Most document delays happen because the visitor chooses the wrong starting point. This page shows how LINS routes each request so the document moves into the correct service path before booking.

Clear Service Routing Document Upload Workflows Apostille & International Support Reduced Rejection Risk

Every Request Starts by Identifying the Correct Path

Use these routes to move from process education into the correct service page.

Need notarization?

Use RON for eligible documents that can be notarized online through a live meeting.

Need apostille?

Use Apostille Services when a document will be used in a Hague Convention country.

Need fingerprinting?

Use mobile ink fingerprinting for FD-258 cards, employment, licensing, and background check packets.

Urgent or rejected?

Use emergency support when a deadline is close or a document has already been rejected.

How the LINS Process Works

The goal is to confirm the document, choose the correct service, complete the appointment or request, and move the visitor to the next required step.

1

Identify the document and destination

We start with what the document is, who issued it, where it will be used, and what the receiving party requires.

This prevents the visitor from booking notarization, apostille, or fingerprinting when the wrong service is being requested.
2

Route the request to the correct service

The request moves into RON, apostille, mobile fingerprinting, international document handling, emergency support, or corporate support.

3

Prepare the documents and requirements

Depending on the service, this may include ID verification, document upload, agency instructions, destination-country review, or certified copy checks.

Preparation is where many rejected documents can be avoided.
4

Complete the appointment or request

For RON, the signer meets online and signs electronically or physically. For fingerprinting, the technician comes to the location. For apostille, the document moves into the appropriate handling path.

5

Receive the completed document or next-step guidance

The completed output depends on the service: notarized document, fingerprint card, apostille request status, or international document instructions.

Correct Routing Saves Time, Cost, and Rework

Good process reduces confusion and helps visitors move toward booking with more confidence.

Less guesswork

Visitors can see which service fits their actual document instead of guessing from a generic service list.

Better internal linking

The page connects service pages, requirements, pricing, emergency support, and memberships into one conversion path.

Lower rejection risk

Clear requirements and routing pages help prevent incomplete or incorrectly prepared documents.

Continue Based on What You Need

This process page should move visitors deeper into the funnel, not leave them at a dead end.

For individuals

Start with RON, fingerprinting, apostille, or emergency support depending on your document.

For businesses

Use corporate solutions or memberships if you expect recurring requests, group appointments, or multiple documents.

For international use

Use international document services when the destination country, receiving party, or document type changes the process.

Choose the Correct Service Path

Start with the service page that matches your document, compare pricing, or ask on WhatsApp if the correct route is still unclear.
