If You Can Say Yes to These, You’re Ready to Book

Most international signers can answer all five in under a minute.

  • The document is a U.S. document that requires a notarized signature.
  • You are physically located outside the United States.
  • You have not signed the document yet (and won’t until the session).
  • You have a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport.
  • You have a working camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.

Five Steps From Booking To Notarized Document

Designed to be completed in a single sitting.

1

Book your international notarization

Select your preferred time and complete checkout at $75 per notary stamp. Add additional stamps ($75 each) or additional signers ($10 each) as needed.

2

Open the meeting page

After booking, you’ll be directed to the meeting page where you can upload your document and complete the pre-session steps.

3

Upload your unsigned document

Upload the unsigned version of the document. The notary will review it before the session to confirm it’s ready to be notarized.

Do not sign the document before the session unless explicitly instructed.
4

Verify your ID and join by secure video

Complete the required identity verification step using your valid government-issued photo ID, then join the secure video session with the U.S. online notary.

5

Sign live and receive your notarized document

Apply your electronic signature during the session. Your electronically notarized document is delivered after the session. If apostille is required afterward, we can support that as a separate step.

Secure, Verified, and Built For International Signers

Everything you need to complete eligible U.S. notarization from outside the U.S.

Secure video session

Encrypted live video meeting with a commissioned U.S. online notary.

ID verification

Identity verification is built into the booking flow before the session begins.

Document upload

Upload your unsigned document from the meeting page so the notary can review before signing.

Apostille support after

If the receiving party also requires apostille or authentication, we can help route that as a separate step.

Don’t Sign the Document Before Your Session

This is the single most common cause of avoidable re-signing on international notarization bookings.

Sign live, in front of the notary, during the secure video session

Online notarization requires the notary to witness your signature. Do not sign the document before the session unless the document or notary explicitly instructs you to. Upload the unsigned version from the meeting page after booking.
