on FD-258 cards and eligible agency-specific paper fingerprint forms
for employment, licensing, background checks, professional applications,

specifically requires electronic Live Scan submission, confirm that
physical fingerprint cards are accepted before booking.

agency or organization.
Valid government-issued photo ID, clean and dry hands,
any fingerprint cards or agency packet supplied to you,
agency instructions when available, and a suitable flat
surface at the appointment location.
Ink fingerprinting supplies, FD-258 fingerprint cards
when required, cleanup materials, and a review of the
completed fingerprint card before the appointment is finished.
Appointments can be completed at many private, professional,
and business locations throughout the service area.
Availability and travel charges may vary by appointment location,
distance, scheduling requirements, and group size.

background-check packets, immigration-related paperwork,
or other individual fingerprint-card requirements.
Group appointments can support employee onboarding,
contractor compliance, licensing teams, recurring hiring,
and other multi-person fingerprinting requirements.
Captures physical ink fingerprints on FD-258 cards
or approved agency fingerprint forms.
Verifies identity and performs notarization for documents
requiring acknowledgments, oaths, signatures, or other
in-person notarial acts.
Fingerprinting is sometimes only the first step of an international
background-check or licensing process. Documents produced afterward
may also require apostille, authentication, or legalization.
