Why It Matters

Apostilles can feel complicated. The process should not.

Getting an apostille can involve country routing, document review, notarization, signer identity verification, government submission, delivery timing, and receiving-party requirements. When the route is unclear, the process stalls. Our workflow is built to identify the correct path before the document moves forward.

One managed workflow. From secure upload to completed apostille, each step is routed through the correct process so you are not guessing which office, certificate, signature, or document version is required.

How We Handle Your Apostille

A clear workflow from document preparation to apostille completion, with review points that reduce preventable rejection.

1

Confirm the Document and Country

Before Booking

Before booking, confirm the destination country, document type, issuing authority, and receiving-party instructions. Some documents must be certified copies. Others must be notarized first. In many notarization cases, documents should remain unsigned until the appointment.

Choose the Correct Apostille Service

Booking

Select the apostille option that matches your document, destination country, and timeline. Notarization is included when your document requires it. If notarization is needed, it takes place during your virtual notary meeting.

Note: If your document was already notarized elsewhere, additional review may be required. Some cases need a New York acknowledgment or corrected notarial certificate before the apostille can proceed.

Important: apostille is not one-size-fits-all

The correct process depends on destination country, document type, issuing authority, notarization status, certified-copy requirements, and receiving-party instructions. If your document was rejected or your deadline is close, use emergency or rejected-document support before resubmitting.
