International online notarization is commonly used when a signer
outside the United States needs to complete an eligible U.S. document
without returning to the United States.
Use this option when your document requires a handwritten signature.
Attend the live online appointment, sign the document as instructed,
and upload the completed signed document through your meeting page.
Use this option when your document is eligible for electronic signing.
Upload the unsigned document, complete the applicable identity-verification
process, meet with the notary online, and sign electronically during
the session.
Upload your document directly from your LINS meeting page.
Keep the document unsigned unless your specific signing instructions
require otherwise.
Complete the applicable identity-verification process before
or during the scheduled session so the notary can proceed
with the notarization.
Use this $75 international notarization service when you are
physically outside the United States and need an eligible U.S.
document notarized remotely.
Notarization and apostille authentication are different services.
If the receiving country or institution requires authentication,
your notarized document may also need an apostille or legalization.
Return to the booking section above to choose your appointment,
signing method, number of notary stamps, and number of signers.
If your notarized document also requires authentication for international use,
choose the service that matches the document format and deadline.
If the destination country does not use Hague apostilles,
the notarized document may require authentication and embassy
or consulate legalization instead.
Long Island Notary Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Document eligibility, international document requirements, and final acceptance
