Where We Go

We provide mobile appointments at homes, offices, law firms, healthcare facilities, schools, corporate locations, and job sites.

Individuals

Book mobile fingerprinting for employment, licensing, immigration-related paperwork, background check packets, or agency forms.

Businesses & Groups

Need several people fingerprinted at one location? Use our group request path for employee onboarding, compliance, contractors, or recurring staffing needs.

International Use

If your fingerprinting is connected to a background check or document for use overseas, you may also need apostille or international document support.

Service Areas

Mobile fingerprinting may be available in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Nassau County, and Suffolk County.

Additional travel fees may apply outside the normal service area.

How It Works

  • Submit the booking form below
  • Choose your appointment date and time
  • Have your ID and agency instructions ready
  • We come to your location and complete the fingerprint cards

Need Mobile Notary Too?

If your fingerprinting appointment is connected to affidavits, authorizations, powers of attorney, employment packets, licensing forms, or international paperwork, you may also need a mobile notary.

Mobile Notary is separate from fingerprinting and is used when a document needs in-person notarization, wet-ink signing, witnesses, or notary travel to your location.

Fingerprinting vs. Mobile Notary

Fingerprinting captures ink fingerprints on FD-258 cards or agency forms. Mobile Notary verifies identity and notarizes documents. Some clients need both services for employment, licensing, immigration, or international document packages.

  • Choose fingerprinting for FD-258 cards or agency fingerprint forms
  • Choose Mobile Notary for signatures, affidavits, and notarized forms
  • Choose Apostille Services if the completed document will be used abroad

Corporate or Group Request?

For multiple people at one location, employee onboarding, licensing teams, compliance packets, or recurring fingerprinting needs, use Corporate Solutions or Discount Memberships.

How It Works

Mobile Fingerprinting Process

After booking your mobile fingerprinting appointment, you will receive confirmation and instructions for your appointment. Please have your ID, agency paperwork, and signing details ready.

1
Book your mobile fingerprinting appointment.
Choose your appointment time, number of people being fingerprinted, and complete checkout.
2
Review your confirmation email.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and the name of your fingerprint technician / notary.
3
Add or confirm the meeting address.
Use your meeting page after booking to add the appointment address and any location notes, such as office suite, floor, parking, front desk, or access instructions.
4
Prepare your photo ID and agency instructions.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. If your agency gave you fingerprint instructions, an ORI number, or specific forms, have those ready at the appointment.
5
Complete fingerprinting onsite.
The technician will take your ink fingerprints on FD-258 cards or approved agency forms and review the cards before leaving.
6
Sign the completed fingerprint cards.
You may need to physically sign the FD-258 cards or agency forms after the fingerprints are completed.
7
Technician signs or stamps the cards, if required.
If your agency requires technician certification, signature, or notary stamp placement, the technician will complete the required section. When applicable, the notary stamp is placed on the back of each completed card.
Important: This service is for mobile ink fingerprinting, not Live Scan electronic submission. Confirm with your agency that FD-258 cards or physical fingerprint forms are accepted before booking.

Note:

This service is 100% mobile. There is no walk-in fingerprinting location — we come to you.

Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our normal service area.
