For eligible digital or electronically prepared documents being used internationally.
LINS reviews the document, destination country, and required authentication path
before electronic apostille processing.
Not sure whether your document qualifies for electronic apostille?
You can still begin with this service. LINS reviews the file and identifies whether
electronic apostille, paper apostille, notarization, or another authentication
route is appropriate.
Eligibility depends on how the document was created, signed, issued,
and what the receiving authority accepts.
Complete the applicable online notarization or electronic signing process.
Once properly prepared, the eligible document can proceed through the
appropriate electronic apostille workflow.
LINS reviews the electronic document and identifies whether it appears
ready for the applicable electronic authentication process or requires
a different preparation route.
Electronic apostille can reduce physical-document handling, but the
receiving organization ultimately determines whether it accepts the
electronic format.
Best suited for eligible electronically prepared or digital documents
when the receiving authority accepts electronic authentication and delivery.
Better suited for original wet-ink documents, certified originals,
or recipients requiring a physical apostille document.
Choose the service that matches your document format and deadline.
