Why It Matters

Apostilles can feel complicated. Ours don't have to.

Getting an apostille involves notarization, signer identity verification, document preparation, government submission, and international delivery. When each step is unclear, the process stalls. Our guided workflow shows you exactly what happens — and when — so nothing is left to chance.

One guided workflow. From secure upload to delivered apostille, every step is managed through a single appointment process — no government offices, no guesswork.

How We Handle Your Apostille

Six clearly defined steps. Each one managed, tracked, and communicated — so you always know where your documents are.

1

Prepare Your Documents

Before Booking

Make sure your documents are fully completed and ready based on your document type. In most cases, documents should be unsigned and not yet notarized before your appointment. Our team will guide you on the correct preparation for your specific document.

2

Choose Your Service Type & Book

Booking

Select the apostille service option that matches your needs and timeline, then book your appointment. Notarization is included with our Apostille Service when your document requires it. If notarization is needed, it takes place during your virtual notary meeting.

Note: If your document has already been notarized by another notary service, you may be required to sign an additional acknowledgment with our New York notary to complete the apostille process in New York.
